SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING: 

We don't know about you but anything we order, we wanted it yesterday. That's why we offer a few different options for securing your goods ASAP. Let's lay it out: 

Same-Day Delivery ( City of Los Angeles, CA Only) :
If you place an order with us (we hope you do!) before 12pm, select same-day delivery at checkout, and your shipping address is within the City of Los Angeles, CA, we will use a courier service to deliver your goods the same-day. 

Express 2-3 Day Shipping ( United States Only) : If you place an order with us before 12pm (Monday-Thursday) select EXPRESS SHIPPING, and your shipping address is within the continental U.S, your order will ship the same day and ( depending on the carrier) be ready to wear within 2-3 days. 

Standard Shipping (Continental U.S) : This is our most cost effective shipping and your item is estimated to be delivered within 5-7 business days ( depending on the carrier). 

 

RETURN POLICY: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. Items must be dated ( shipping date)  & sent back to us within the 14-day window to be eligible for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@saraphin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace the items if necessary. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved / inspected by our Client Services team , make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your banking statement.
